GAO Feng said that due to the different domestic and foreign trade market environment, foreign trade enterprises face some specific difficulties in expanding the domestic market: first, it is difficult to expand sales channels. Foreign trade export is mainly order sales. After turning to domestic sales, some enterprises lack market sales channels and are not familiar with the rules of market access, sales and settlement, so it is difficult to win domestic orders. Second, it is difficult to turn the production line. The domestic and foreign standards are inconsistent, and the foreign trade products transferred to domestic sales need to be adjusted and transformed according to the domestic standards, otherwise they cannot be sold in China. The design, technology and style of some foreign trade products belong to foreign customers, and intellectual property authorization is required for domestic sales. Third, brand building is difficult. After the foreign trade export enterprises switch to domestic sales, the market popularity of their own brands is not high, so it is difficult to enter the domestic high-quality retail channels
GAO Feng said that the Ministry of Commerce will help foreign trade enterprises expand the domestic market while paying close attention to the implementation of a series of foreign trade measures
first, reduce the cost of domestic sales. Promote relevant departments to implement the policy of temporarily exempting the interest of tax deferment for domestic sales of processing trade until the end of the year and expanding the pilot of selective taxation for domestic sales to all comprehensive bonded areas, so as to help enterprises expand domestic sales and reduce the burden
Second, strengthen domestic sales support. Guide local governments and business associations to strengthen policy publicity and production and marketing docking, and support foreign trade enterprises to explore the domestic market. Further expand the implementation scope of "the same line, the same standard and the same quality" of domestic and export products, and accelerate the improvement of relevant public information services
Third, make good use of the production and marketing docking platform. Hold professional exhibitions such as China processing trade products Expo, build a domestic sales exhibition and exchange platform, and organize foreign trade enterprises to strengthen docking, negotiation and transaction with domestic purchasers. Promote the connection between production and demand of export products for domestic sales through the platform of consumption promotion activities
Fourth, broaden online cooperation channels. Guide foreign trade enterprises to strengthen cooperation with large domestic e-commerce platforms, face the domestic market, display and sell high-quality export products online and offline simultaneously, promote large-scale and branding of domestic sales, and better meet domestic consumption demand
