Increase the upper limit of commodity quota enjoying preferential tax policies, increase the single transaction limit from the current 2000 yuan to 5000 yuan, and increase the annual transaction limit from the current 20000 yuan per person per year to 26000 yuan. In the future, it will be adjusted according to the increase of residents' income. Fourth, support cross-border e-commerce exports in accordance with international practices, and study and improve relevant export tax rebate and other policies. Fifth, in accordance with the principle of inclusive and prudent supervision, strengthen the implementation of the responsibilities of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, platforms, payment and logistics service providers, strengthen commodity quality and safety monitoring and risk prevention and control, maintain the market order of fair competition and protect the rights and interests of consumers
