未付款订单指买家已经拍下商品，但尚未付款的订单。
买家下单未付款原因:
1、拍下后，无法及时联系卖家对细节进行确认
2、拍下后，发现运费过高
3、对同类商品需要再进行比较
4、付款过程出现问题
5、对卖家信誉产生疑虑
对于未付款订单，建议您可以采取以下管理技巧：
1）当订单生成后立即给买家发站内信、邮件，或者利用TradeManager及时和买家进行沟通，了解他对这些“未付款订单”的意见
2）根据买家意见，
a.对价格、运费进行调整，给予折扣，让商品更具竞争力；
b.进一步展示商品，提供图片、细节描述，让买家对商品质量有更深认识；
c.如果买家支付上遇到困难，可以主动帮助买家解决该支付问题；
d.对自己的公司实力进行简单介绍，增加买家信任和购买信心。
3）如果买家24小时内仍未付款也未给予任何回复，可以考虑主动调整价格，系统会自动发送调价后的邮件，通知买家重新关注下单商品
4）有条件可以跟买家进行电话沟通
